Inclusive access
Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We aim to make the website and purchasing flow usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion settings, and common assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of ongoing development rather than a one-time claim of perfect conformance.
Implemented features
- semantic headings, labels, forms, links, and dialog controls;
- keyboard-operable actions and visible focus states provided by the browser and styles;
- status messages announced with live regions;
- responsive layout and text that can reflow;
- reduced-motion support;
- text alternatives for functional decorative elements; and
- legal content available as normal HTML rather than image-only text.
Known limits
The decorative hero scene is non-essential and intentionally hidden from assistive technology. Future documentary video must include captions, meaningful audio description or an equivalent transcript where appropriate. Embedded Stripe Elements and Stripe’s customer portal are controlled by Stripe. Future practitioner media and translations require separate accessibility review.
Request help or report a barrier
Email with the page, the task you were attempting, browser or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will provide a reasonable alternative and prioritize genuine blocking issues.
