Plain-language summary: You are paying for organization and participation in the described ritual activity, not for a guaranteed change in your health, finances, relationships, luck, destiny, legal position, or life.

1. Nature of the service

SURV Ritual Access is a spiritual and cultural participation service. It coordinates customer submissions with participating practitioners and provides the ritual activity and private post-ritual guidance described at purchase. References to intentions, full moons, ritual, ceremony, spirits, blessing, luck, sacred place, trance, energy, or similar concepts are statements within cultural, spiritual, symbolic, or practitioner traditions. They are not scientific, medical, legal, financial, or governmental claims.

2. No guaranteed result

Individual experiences, interpretations, and beliefs vary. We and participating practitioners do not promise that a ritual will cause, prevent, predict, or influence a specific event or outcome. Testimonials, if published with permission, describe individual subjective experiences and are not typical-result guarantees or evidence that the same experience will occur for you.

3. Not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice

The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or mental-health condition; provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, fertility treatment, or addiction treatment; or replace medication or care prescribed by a qualified professional.

Do not stop, delay, or change professional care because of this Service. Consult an appropriately licensed professional about health, safety, legal, immigration, relationship, business, or financial decisions.

4. Emergencies

The Service is not monitored as an emergency or crisis channel. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location. Do not place urgent crisis information in a ritual intention or waitlist form.

5. Respect for belief and cultural context

Customers are not required to adopt a religious belief. Practitioners may describe their own traditions in their own terms. Translation and brief commercial descriptions can simplify cultural concepts; they should not be treated as a complete anthropological or theological account. No governmental, institutional, or community endorsement is implied unless specifically named and documented.

6. Personal responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions and conduct before and after a ritual. You must not use the Service as justification for harming yourself or another person, committing an unlawful act, ignoring professional advice, making an unaffordable purchase, or taking a financial or safety risk.

7. Post-ritual guidance

The private ritual message is personalized from the submitted intention, limited ceremony context, and continuity of the member’s earlier messages. It is not an individual recording or verbatim transcript of the ceremony, a guaranteed prediction, or proof that a supernatural event occurred.

The guidance does not diagnose, treat, direct legal or financial decisions, or promise luck, healing, protection, wealth, relationships, fertility, sobriety, or another result. Keep only what is personally useful and use qualified professionals for consequential decisions.

Post-ritual notes are written by hand by the ritual coordinator or the translator, from the ceremony record and the member’s stated intention. No wording is attributed to a practitioner unless he reported it.

8. Questions or concerns

Contact before purchase if the scope of an offer is unclear. This disclaimer is part of the Terms of Service.
