Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling participation and future charges
You may cancel through Member Access. The single cancellation action ends the current ritual participation, releases the place immediately, and terminates the subscription so no future renewal charge is created.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the charge for the current month. You may request a refund where the service has not been performed, a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, a statutory withdrawal right applies, or another circumstance described below supports a refund. Mandatory rights always prevail.
After cancellation, the active member account, sessions, portrait, intention, and private guidance are deleted and the operational subscription record is de-identified. Limited accounting, transaction, chargeback, cancellation, fraud-prevention, and legal records may remain where required or permitted. A dated cancellation confirmation is generated.
2. Voluntary refund policy
Before assignment cutoff
If you request cancellation of a newly charged cycle before its submission has been assigned to a ceremony and before the published cutoff, we will ordinarily refund that cycle in full.
After assignment but before performance
If the submission has been prepared or assigned but the ritual has not occurred, we may offer rescheduling or a refund less a reasonable, evidenced amount for work already performed where permitted by law. For U.S. customers, we ordinarily offer one rescheduling without charge.
After performance
Once the purchased ritual service has been performed substantially as described, dissatisfaction with the absence of a hoped-for personal or supernatural outcome is not a basis for a refund. This does not affect remedies for material non-performance, misleading description, unauthorized charge, or mandatory law.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Report an unauthorized charge promptly to us and your payment provider. We may request proportionate identity and transaction verification but never your full card number by email.
3. Cancellation, postponement, or delivery failure by us
If weather, safety, illness, practitioner availability, cultural requirements, or events beyond reasonable control prevent the scheduled ceremony, we may assign the submission to the next comparable ceremony. If the delay becomes material or no comparable service is reasonably available, you may choose a refund for the affected cycle.
If the ceremony occurred but the private post-ritual guidance cannot be prepared or delivered within a reasonable period because of a persistent technical or provider failure, we may retry, provide a manually prepared equivalent, carry the deliverable forward with your agreement, or refund the affected cycle where the missing guidance is a material part of the purchased service.
If we permanently cancel the purchased service before performance, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. We are not responsible for unrelated travel or reliance costs for an online ritual service.
4. Incomplete or prohibited customer submissions
If we ask for necessary clarification and you do not respond, we may postpone assignment. We may reject unlawful, threatening, infringing, non-consensual, or unsafe content. If rejection occurs before meaningful work, we refund the affected service. If customer misconduct caused documented costs, a lawful and proportionate deduction may apply.
5. EU/EEA statutory withdrawal
An EU/EEA consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement before the deadline. You may use the model below but do not have to.
If you expressly requested service performance during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal. A withdrawal right may be lost after full performance only where all legally required prior express requests and acknowledgements were validly obtained. We do not treat a general acceptance of Terms as automatically satisfying a legally separate consent requirement.
Eligible reimbursement will be made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, subject to lawful deductions.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
- Cancel future renewal through Manage subscription if applicable.
- Email with your public subscription or order reference, charge date, and requested remedy.
- Do not email card security codes, complete card numbers, passwords, or the private management token.
- We will acknowledge the request and may ask only for information reasonably needed to locate and verify the order.
7. Model withdrawal form
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [SERVICE]. Ordered on: [DATE]. Name: [NAME]. Address: [ADDRESS]. Order reference: [REFERENCE]. Date: [DATE]. Signature only if sent on paper.
