Recurring service
Subscription Terms
1. Scope
These Subscription Terms apply to the recurring Full Moon Ritual and any future offer explicitly described at checkout as automatically renewing. They supplement the Terms of Service. If a checkout disclosure is more favorable to you, that disclosure controls for that order.
The subscription is sold by . It is not a donation, investment, insurance product, medical service, or guarantee of an outcome.
Single participation. Where checkout offers it, a single full-moon participation is sold at the one-time price displayed at checkout ($120). It is charged once, does not renew, and there is no subscription to cancel. It covers inclusion in one eligible shared ceremony and the private post-ritual guidance for that cycle, under the same submission cutoff, capacity, delivery, and refund rules as one paid monthly cycle. Member-space access for a single participation ends a reasonable period after that cycle's guidance is delivered, after which the account and private data are erased as described in section 6. If the intention cannot be carried in the paid cycle, the payment is refunded under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Automatic renewal authorization
When you subscribe, you authorize our payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price, applicable taxes, and any clearly accepted adjustments to your selected payment method on a monthly recurring basis. Renewal continues until cancellation or termination.
Your first billing date is the date shown in the embedded Stripe payment step. Later billing dates normally fall on the corresponding day of each month, subject to Stripe’s billing rules. A short processing delay does not change the service period. No minimum number of renewals applies unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
Introductory promotion. Where a promotional code is applied at checkout, it reduces the first payment only. The payment step states the amount charged today and the undiscounted amount charged on every renewal after it, and that disclosure is what you authorize. The recurring price itself is unchanged by the promotion, the discount does not renew, and cancelling before the next billing date prevents the first undiscounted charge. A promotion may be withdrawn at any time before checkout; the amount shown on the payment step is the amount charged. Where a promotional code is applied to a single participation, it reduces that one payment and nothing renews.
The website presents recurring billing immediately before the Stripe payment fields and requires active consent to these terms. Keep the confirmation and management reference provided after signup.
3. What each monthly cycle includes
- administrative review of one eligible submission;
- inclusion of the submitted name, portrait when requested, and one intention in one shared full-moon ceremony assigned to that cycle;
- practitioner time and participation as described on the offer page;
- a private post-ritual written guidance based on the submitted intention and disclosed ceremony context; and
- reasonable customer support concerning assignment or delivery.
The private ritual message is personalized from the submitted intention, ceremony context, and continuity of the member’s earlier messages. It is not an individual recording or verbatim transcript of the ceremony, a guaranteed prediction, or proof of a spiritual result. A cycle does not purchase a separate private ceremony, live call, individual recording of the spoken name, or guaranteed result unless checkout expressly includes it.
4. Submission deadlines, capacity, and assignment
The next full-moon instant is calculated for Baikal local time and the site displays the configured circle capacity. Beginning checkout may create a private technical hold for up to 30 minutes so the same last place cannot be sold twice. Unpaid holds are not subtracted from the public “places remaining” counter. Abandoned holds are released when the checkout is closed, expires, or Stripe reports expiration. A place is finally confirmed only after successful payment. When no place remains, checkout changes to a waitlist and joining it does not create a paid subscription.
We may publish a genuine cutoff for the next ceremony. A complete submission received after that cutoff, or a submission requiring clarification, may be carried into the following eligible ceremony. The billing cycle and lunar calendar do not always have identical lengths; we will assign one eligible ceremony per paid monthly service cycle and communicate material delays.
For the standard delivery flow, preparation is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. in the Lake Baikal time zone on the calendar day after the assigned ceremony. The private guidance is then released at the first 7:00 a.m. in the customer timezone recorded in the account after preparation is complete. Network, provider, moderation, or operational delays may move delivery later; the dashboard displays the applicable release time.
If you fail to provide required content after reasonable reminders, we may use the most recent valid content you supplied, carry the cycle forward once, or treat the cycle as unavailable due to customer delay, as described before purchase and permitted by law.
5. Payment method and receipts
Stripe processes card and supported payment-method data. We receive identifiers, status, billing details, and limited card metadata such as brand and last four digits, not the complete card number or security code. Stripe may automatically update expired card details through network services.
You are responsible for keeping payment and contact details current. Receipts and renewal notices required by law are sent to the email associated with checkout.
6. Cancelling participation and renewal
You can cancel online through Member Access after signing in with the email address used at checkout. We will not require a telephone call when you subscribed online. Support remains available at .
The single Cancel my ritual access action immediately cancels the current ritual participation and terminates the Stripe subscription so future renewal charges stop. The ritual place is released immediately and may be offered to another customer.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current monthly charge. Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal, duplicate charges, provider non-performance, and other mandatory rights are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy; mandatory rights always prevail.
After confirmation, the service revokes active sessions, deletes the member account, portrait and other private account media from active systems, deletes intentions and private guidance, invalidates the private management key, and de-identifies the operational membership record. Limited transaction, cancellation, accounting, fraud, chargeback, and legal evidence may be retained where law permits or requires it.
The site generates a dated cancellation confirmation showing that renewal stopped, the place was released, no automatic refund was created, and the active account data was scheduled for immediate erasure. Keep that confirmation.
7. Price or material service changes
We may change a future renewal price or materially change subscription contents only with the advance notice required by applicable law. Notice will state the new price or change, effective date, and how to cancel. Changes do not affect a completed billing cycle. Where affirmative acceptance is legally required, we will obtain it.
8. Failed payments and suspension
If payment fails, Stripe may retry it according to the configured billing settings and may ask you to update the payment method. We may pause assignment of a new ceremony while payment remains unpaid. We do not charge a separate late fee unless it is lawfully and clearly disclosed in advance. A subscription may be cancelled after repeated failure.
9. Refunds and rescheduling
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Refunds, provider cancellations, duplicate charges, and statutory withdrawal are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
10. Consumer rights and reminders
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights. French and EU/EEA consumers may have statutory withdrawal and simple online termination rights. U.S. automatic-renewal laws may require clear disclosure, affirmative consent, confirmation, renewal-change notices, and a simple cancellation method. We will apply the rights governing the particular customer even where they exceed this policy.
11. Questions
Contact and include the public subscription reference, never a full card number or management key.
