Olkhon Ritual Journey
Travel Terms
1. Current status
The Olkhon Ritual Journey is in concept development. Dates, route, practitioner participation, price, availability, entry feasibility, transport, accommodation, and inclusions are not final. The displayed “From $3,999” is an indicative concept price only and cannot be accepted.
2. Licensed travel partner
If a future arrangement combines regulated travel services, the package will be structured and sold only after qualified review and, where required, through a properly licensed travel organizer with applicable financial security, insurance, pre-contract information, and package-travel responsibilities. The organizer’s identity and binding terms will be shown before payment.
3. No implied inclusions
Unless a future booking page expressly and lawfully states otherwise, international airfare, visas or entry authorization, travel insurance, vaccinations, medical care, personal expenses, and transport to the designated regional meeting point are not included. We do not promise that a visa or border authorization will be granted.
4. Passports, visas, sanctions, and eligibility
Entry and transit requirements depend on citizenship, residence, route, and current government rules. They can change without notice. A customer must independently obtain authoritative advice and valid documents. No waitlist submission should include passport scans or government identifiers.
5. Health, weather, remoteness, and conduct
Travel in the Lake Baikal region may involve severe weather, remote roads, limited medical access, uneven terrain, fire and water hazards, language differences, and culturally restricted activities. Final materials will identify fitness, equipment, insurance, emergency, consent, photography, and conduct requirements. A spiritual description is never a safety assurance.
6. Terms that must accompany any future sale
Before accepting money, a future offer must identify the legal organizer, exact itinerary and inclusions, total price and payment schedule, minimum group size, cancellation and transfer rights, insurance responsibilities, accessibility limits, complaint and assistance procedures, force-majeure terms, and all information required by the law governing the traveler and organizer.
These page terms will be replaced or supplemented by booking-specific terms reviewed for the actual structure. Until then, the only available action is a non-binding waitlist request.
